Stock Analyzer — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stock Analyzer web app (the "Service"), operated by AntRun Automation LLC ("AntRun," "we," "us"), a Virginia limited liability company. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

Stock Analyzer pulls a ticker's price history, technical indicators (SMA, RSI, MACD), analyst ratings, and recent SEC filings into one view, and can generate an AI-written commentary on top of that data. It also lets you log or import your own trades and compares your actual buy/sell timing against the indicator readings in effect on those dates.

All signals and analysis are computed from daily closing prices, not intraday data. The Service is built for swing and position traders reviewing their own history, not for day trading or real-time execution.

2. Not Financial Advice

Stock Analyzer is an informational and educational tool, not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser. Nothing in the Service — including the AI-generated read, the rule-based signals, the discipline flags, or any other output — is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, and none of it is personalized to your financial situation. Price data, analyst ratings, and AI commentary can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong.

You are solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions. Consult a licensed financial advisor before acting on anything the Service shows you. AntRun is not liable for trading losses connected to your use of the Service — see Section 9 (Limitation of Liability) below.

3. Accounts

You sign in with a passwordless email link or with Google. You're responsible for keeping access to the email address or Google account tied to your Stock Analyzer account, and for anything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at support@antrun.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Plans, Billing & Cancellation

Trial — free, no card required, full access for 30 days.

Stock Analyzer Pro — $9/month, billed through Stripe using the email you subscribed with. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until canceled.

You can cancel anytime through the upgrade/billing link in the app or by emailing support@antrun.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; we don't provide refunds for the current billing period already paid for. When a trial ends without converting, or a subscription is canceled, your account moves to a deactivated state as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Your Responsibilities

The trade, dividend, and watchlist data you log or import is your own responsibility to keep accurate — the Service analyzes what you enter, and doesn't verify it against your brokerage;
You won't misrepresent your identity or use the Service on behalf of someone else without authorization;
You won't attempt to circumvent plan limits, billing, or account restrictions.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, reverse-engineer, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond your own account's normal use;
Interfere with or overload the Service's infrastructure;
Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of any third party;
Resell or provide the Service to others as your own product.

7. Data Retention

How we store and eventually delete your account and trade data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service depends on data and infrastructure from third parties, including Yahoo Finance (price history), SEC EDGAR (filings), Anthropic (AI-generated commentary), Stripe (billing), Neon (database), Render (hosting), and Resend (email delivery). We don't control these providers, and we're not responsible for their outages, inaccuracies, or changes to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE AND ALL DATA, INDICATORS, RATINGS, FILINGS, AND AI-GENERATED COMMENTARY IT PROVIDES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DATA, SIGNAL, OR AI-GENERATED READ IS ACCURATE, TIMELY, OR COMPLETE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANTRUN AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. ANTRUN'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) $50.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AntRun harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your trading decisions.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 2, 9, 10, and 11 — will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
