Stock Analyzer — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how AntRun Automation LLC ("AntRun," "we," "us") collects, uses, and retains information in connection with the Stock Analyzer web app (the "Service"). Unlike some of our other products, everything Stock Analyzer stores is data you yourself enter or import — your account details and your own trade history. There is no third-party "end user" data involved.
1. Information We Collect

Price history, technical indicators, analyst ratings, SEC filings, and AI-generated stock reads are not tied to your account — they're the same shared, symbol-level data cached for every user, so they aren't affected by anything in this policy about your own account.
2. How We Use Information
- To operate the Service: match your logged trades against price/indicator history to build the analysis views;
- To generate the optional AI-written read for a symbol;
- To send sign-in links and account notifications by email;
- To process payments and manage your subscription; and
- To provide customer support.
We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Your Trade Data is retained for as long as your account stays active (on a trial or a paid subscription). If your account becomes deactivated — either a 30-day trial that ends without converting to a paid plan, or a paid subscription that's canceled — and stays deactivated for 90 days, we permanently delete the account and everything tied to it: your logged trades, dividends, watchlist, and the account record itself (email included). This runs automatically, on an hourly check, the same way it does for our Inquiry Report product.
If you reactivate — sign back in before the trial converts, or resubscribe — before the 90 days is up, the deletion clock is canceled and nothing is deleted.

4. Third-Party Subprocessors
We share information with the following categories of service providers, solely as needed to operate the Service:

Each provider is contractually restricted from using this information for any purpose other than providing services to us. Your individual trades, dividends, and watchlist are never sent to Anthropic — the AI read is generated from public price, indicator, analyst, and filings data for the symbol, not from your personal trade history.
5. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information in our custody, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Signing in is passwordless: we email you a one-time "magic link" (or you can sign in with Google instead). The emailed link is valid for only 15 minutes and can be used only once. There is no separate Stock Analyzer password to steal or reuse from another breach — but the flip side is that anyone who can read that email while the link is still valid can sign in as you. In practice, this means your Stock Analyzer account is only as secure as your email account: use a strong, unique password on your email provider and turn on two-factor authentication there if you haven't already.
6. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process and store data in the United States and other countries. By using the Service, you acknowledge that information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions with different data protection laws than your own.
7. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the Service.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
